TWENTY-ONE DAYS OF PRAYER
And Fasting
This is a time when we intentionally seek God every day in prayer; believing for Jesus to move in a powerful way. Together we collectively humble ourselves, posture our hearts towards Jesus and ask Him to move inside of us and around us.

Twenty One Days of Prayer
This year we are asking for REVIVAL. REVIVAL is a return to life, a restoration of dead things, and a renewal of life in order to see our lives and everything around us flourish. REVIVAL is a reclaiming of what is already ours.
2 Chronicles 7:14 says,
“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
We are not seeking a religious event but a supernatural experience in which we believe God will meet us and begin to RECLAIM what was stolen and as people, lives, and places come back to life we believe we will see people planted in His Kingdom and flourish in His Presence.
We see an outpouring coming like that of the early church. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8
As we seek to reach the ends of the earth with the Gospel, we will begin by asking God to begin to move in us, join us on this journey to REVIVAL.
We challenge you to take a Sabbath
Fasting
The goal of fasting is to draw nearer to God. Biblical fasting always has to do with eliminating distractions for a spiritual purpose; it hits the reset button of our soul and renews us from the inside out. It also enables us to celebrate the goodness and mercy of God and prepares our hearts for all the good things God desires to bring into our lives. Remember, your personal fast should present a level of challenge, but it is very important to know your body, your options, and, most importantly, to seek God in prayer and follow what the Holy Spirit leads you to do.
Types of Fasting
Complete Fast
In this type of fast, you drink only liquids, typically water with light juices as an option.
Selective Fast
This type of fast involves removing certain elements from your diet. One example of a selective fast is the Daniel Fast, during which you remove meat, sweets, and bread from your diet and consume water and juice for fluids and fruits and vegetables for food.
Partial Fast
This fast is sometimes called the “Jewish Fast” and involves abstaining from eating any type of food in the morning and afternoon. This can either correlate to specific times of the day, such as 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, or from sunup to sundown.
Soul Fast
This fast is a great option if you do not have much experience fasting food, have health issues that prevent you from fasting food, or if you wish to refocus certain areas of your life that are out of balance. For example, you might choose to stop using social media or watching television for the duration of the fast and then carefully bring that element back into your life in healthy doses at the conclusion of the fast.

Spending Fast
During the 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, we will be introducing and encouraging a SPENDING FAST. Yes, even your pastors are committing to this!
What is a Spending Fast?
A spending fast is a period during which we consciously choose to refrain from making non-essential purchases. The primary goal is to break the habit of mindless spending and to gain a better understanding of our financial situation and consumption habits.
During this time, it’s important to prioritize needs over wants. This means continuing to cover essential expenses, such as groceries, bills, and transportation, while avoiding spending on items like dining out, entertainment, clothing, and other luxury goods.
What is the Goal?
The Spending Fast aims to promote mindfulness about money, often resulting in significant savings, better financial health, and a clearer understanding of what truly adds value to one’s life.
Why Do a Spending Fast?
For many people, consumer spending and overconsumption have become out of control, leading to financial instability and debt. By reflecting on your spending habits, you can identify areas where you can cut back in the long term, ultimately resulting in a more sustainable financial lifestyle.
God Cares About Our Spending
It’s easy to get caught up in money and material things, but let’s prioritize building a genuine relationship with God. Aligning our hearts with Him brings joy and fulfillment that surpasses any possession! Jesus warns us, “Don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you.” John 6:27
If you sense God has more for your life, 21 Days of Prayer is a great place to start believing Him for all that He has for you. As you practice seeking Him first, He will move on your behalf like never before. You will start to see the power of prayer impact your relationships, work, family, and every area of your life. Whether you join us in person or online, we would love for you to be part of 21 Days of Prayer
