Pastor Rod’s Challenge
Listen to the sermon from Sunday September 4th. I will continue talking to you about this seed because there is so much more. I am going to continue this sermon but on 9/25
I just gave you a seed. I want you to take these notes and meditate. You have 3 weeks and in those 3 weeks I want you to do a few things.
COMMIT: to take today’s word and plant it in your heart. 3 weeks make Sunday a priority. Come to Tuesday night prayer. join and attend a small group. Start serving. Giving.
CONSISTENT: after a farmer plants the seed he has no choice but to water it. So water the decision. 3 weeks is all I ask for
CONTINUAL RESPONSE: write down what God is asking you to do. Don’t share it yet… Just hold it. But write it down and look at it often.
In 3 weeks Imma pick up right here same passage and I am going to show you something amazing and incredible… its gonna make you run around the entire church house.
There is only one thing stopping you from growing… it is you!
The devil will use problems, obstacles, difficulties, and seasons because He is scared if you.
Don’t you let him stop you…
Matthew 13:31-35
31 He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. 32 Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”
33 He told them still another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.”
34 Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable. 35 So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet:
“I will open my mouth in parables,
I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.”
